Aarsi’s Ultimate Makhana Namkeen

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb euryale ferox nuts
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ghee (optional) or clarified butter (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee to it.
  • 2 add the makhana to this pan and start roasting them until they turn light golden brown in color and become crispy.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 while they are warm, sprinkle black pepper and salt.
  • 5 enjoy this with your loved ones!
