Aussie Breakfast Fry-up

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices smoked bacon
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can baked beans
  • butter (for toast)

Recipe

  • 1 put baked beans in a medium pot, over medium heat and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer til serving time.
  • 2 meanwhile, fry the bacon until desired crispness and drain on paper towels.
  • 3 fry the eggs in the same pan used to fry the bacon.
  • 4 toast the bread and spread with butter.
  • 5 place one egg on top of each slice of toast and serve with bacon and beans on the side.
