Aussie Breakfast Fry-up

Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices smoked bacon
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can baked beans
- butter (for toast)
Recipe
- 1 put baked beans in a medium pot, over medium heat and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer til serving time.
- 2 meanwhile, fry the bacon until desired crispness and drain on paper towels.
- 3 fry the eggs in the same pan used to fry the bacon.
- 4 toast the bread and spread with butter.
- 5 place one egg on top of each slice of toast and serve with bacon and beans on the side.
