Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 4 overly ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup apricot, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 begin by mashing bananas in a large bowl.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- 4 grease and flour the bottoms of 2 bread pans.
- 5 pour mixture into bread pans and bake.
- 6 i baked for approximately 45 minutes. start checking for doneness at about 35 minutes, and check every 5 minutes after until bread is done.
- 7 let cool, and enjoy!
- 8 wonderful frozen - cool completely, wrap in freezer paper, and freeze. thaw on countertop when ready to eat.
