Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups basil leaves, fresh, loosely packed
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 place basil in a food processor; pulse until chopped. add remaining ingredients and processs until blended.
- 2 transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log. refrigerate up to a week or wrap securely and freeze.
