- 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced pears
- 1 (7 ounce) package blueberry muffin mix
- 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
Recipe
- 1 drain pears, save 3/4 cup juice.
- 2 pour pears and juice into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle with the muffin mix.
- 4 dot with butter.
- 5 bake, uncovered, at 400* for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown.
