Bread & Celery Stuffing

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb herb-seasoned stuffing cubes, for prepared stuffing
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- 3 turn heat up to medium.
- 4 add celery and onion and cook until slightly soft.
- 5 add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper and stir until well incorporated.
- 6 add bread cubes and toss until well coated.
- 7 add chicken broth a little at a time until stuffing is moistened but not soggy.
- 8 pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 9 bake for 25 - 30 minutes until cooked through and crispy on top.
