Cheddar, Bacon & Apple Omelet

Ingredients
- 1/4 apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 saute chopped apples in butter, remove from skillet. beat eggs with water with a fork. pour eggs into heated pan with the remains of the butter from sauteing the apples. when semi-firm, sprinkle with cheese, then apples and bacon. fold omelet, allow to finish cooking. serve and enjoy!
