Cheddar, Bacon & Apple Omelet

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 saute chopped apples in butter, remove from skillet. beat eggs with water with a fork. pour eggs into heated pan with the remains of the butter from sauteing the apples. when semi-firm, sprinkle with cheese, then apples and bacon. fold omelet, allow to finish cooking. serve and enjoy!
