Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 2/3 cup cracker crumb
- 1/2 cup pecans, coursely chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Recipe
- 1 cut squash in half, and remove seeds.
- 2 combineremaining ingredients, and spoon into squash halves, place squash halves in slow cooker.
- 3 cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until squash is tender.
