Ingredients

- 12 cups popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 bring to a boil: butter, sugar(s),milk and cream.
- 2 then stir in salt and corn syrup.
- 3 boil to a "softball" stage.
- 4 stirring constantly.
- 5 pour over popped corn, mix well.
- 6 lay out to "dry" on a sprayed pan.
