Ingredients
- 18 ounces flour, by weight
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk or 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

- 2 add rest of ingredients except for yeast.
- 3 add yeast to yeast receptacle.
- 4 choose rapid bake cycle and medium loaf.
