Brown Sugar Puddin' Pies (gooseberry Patch)

Ingredients
- 15 count frozen miniature phyllo cups, unbaked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- nutmeg and whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 bake mini cups on an ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes; set aside.
- 2 beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- 3 blend in eggs, half-and-half, and vanilla.
- 4 spoon into cups.
- 5 sprinkle tops with nutmeg.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- 7 top with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg before serving.
