Brown Sugar Puddin' Pies (gooseberry Patch)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 count frozen miniature phyllo cups, unbaked
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • nutmeg and whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 bake mini cups on an ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes; set aside.
  • 2 beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  • 3 blend in eggs, half-and-half, and vanilla.
  • 4 spoon into cups.
  • 5 sprinkle tops with nutmeg.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  • 7 top with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg before serving.
