- 2 butterfly boneless lamb chops
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper or 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 combine spices, mix well.
- 2 rub mixture thoroughly onto both sides of each chop.
- 3 pan fry in oil, cooking both sides, until done.
