- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
- 1 mix butter with pepper, oregano, onion and a pinch of salt.
- 2 spread on ears of corn, right off the grill or from boiling water.
