- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour
- 2 teaspoons butter, unsalted
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
Recipe
- 1 season flour with salt and pepper; lightly flour lamb chops. add lamb chops to skillet and cook over medium heat.
- 2 turn chops; stir in onion, butter and apple juice. bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minute.
