Amazing Brownies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder (dutch processed is best)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350* f.
• 2 melt the butter in a medium-large pan.
• 3 let cool slightly; then mix in the ingredients in the order given.
• 4 bake in either a greased brownie pan or a lined muffin pan.
• 5 bake for 35-45 minutes, checking after 30 minutes.
• 6 the brownies are done when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
