- 2 ounces rolled oats
- 6 ounces sultanas
- 3 ounces self raising flour
- 4 ounces granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 6 ounces butter
Recipe
- 1 combine oats, sultanas, sifted flour and sugar.
- 2 melt butter and add honey.
- 3 mix in dry ingredients.
- 4 press over median greased tin.
- 5 bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 190.
