Apricot Butter

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup butter, room temp
  • 12 ounces apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 allow butter to come to room temp (i used salted,but you could use unsalted if you have sodium issues).
  • 2 mix butter,preserves and powdered sugar with hand mixer.
  • 3 allow flavors to come together(overnight is good) before placing in fridge.
  • 4 allow to soften when serving.
  • 5 makes 6 4oz canning jars for gift giving.
