Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup butter, room temp
- 12 ounces apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 allow butter to come to room temp (i used salted,but you could use unsalted if you have sodium issues).
- 2 mix butter,preserves and powdered sugar with hand mixer.
- 3 allow flavors to come together(overnight is good) before placing in fridge.
- 4 allow to soften when serving.
- 5 makes 6 4oz canning jars for gift giving.
