Baked Vanilla Peaches

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 50 g butter
- 4 peaches
- 1 vanilla bean, halved, seeds scraped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 300 ml wine
- ice cream, to serve
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 160 c.
- 2 grease small baking dish with the butter.
- 3 cut a cross in the bottom of each peach.
- 4 place cross side up in dish.
- 5 top each peach with vanilla seeds.
- 6 drizzle evenly with honey.
- 7 pour wine into dish around peaches.
- 8 bake 45 minutes or till tender.
- 9 serve with ice cream.
