Blackened Skillet Shrimp

Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled to last joint with tail left on
- 1 lemon
- garlic powder
- worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper
- 1/3-2/3 cup butter or 1/3-2/3 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- 2 place shrimp in black iron skillet in attractive pattern.
- 3 squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
- 4 sprinkle generously with garlic powder, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, and peppers.
- 5 pat on butter/margarine in small pieces around skillet.
- 6 place in hot oven for 7 minutes.
- 7 remove from oven.
- 8 serve from skillet with hot french bread.
