Bleu Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 4 heads garlic, peeled
- 2 fluid ounces olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Recipe
- 1 place the garlic on a sheet of foil.
- 2 drizzle with olive oil, and then close the foil and place in a 400°f oven.
- 3 roast for one hour, or until soft.
- 4 purée the garlic in a blender or food processor.
- 5 add the butter and bleu cheese, mixing well.
- 6 refrigerate or freeze in desired portion sizes.
