Bleu Garlic Butter

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 heads garlic, peeled
  • 2 fluid ounces olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place the garlic on a sheet of foil.
  • 2 drizzle with olive oil, and then close the foil and place in a 400°f oven.
  • 3 roast for one hour, or until soft.
  • 4 purée the garlic in a blender or food processor.
  • 5 add the butter and bleu cheese, mixing well.
  • 6 refrigerate or freeze in desired portion sizes.
