Breakfast In A Cup

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 slices ham
  • margarine or butter
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 use a rolling pin to flatten 6 slices of bread.
  • 3 trim the crusts from the bread and butter them on both sides.
  • 4 if you're making 6 in a 12 cup pan, space them out to ensure they cook evenly.
  • 5 use your fingers to mold each bread slice to your pan.
  • 6 make sure the bread is tightly packed in to each cup.
  • 7 place your bread cups in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the bread is slightly toasted.
  • 8 in to each toasted cup, place 1 slice of ham and one slice of cheese.
  • 9 crack an egg into each cup and sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • 10 place the breakfast cups back in your 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • 11 gently remove each cup from the muffin tin and serve.
