Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 green onions, sliced thin
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 medium flour tortillas, warmed
- salsa, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; stir in tomatoes.
- 2 heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 when butter melts and bubbles, add eggs.
