Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 green onions, sliced thin
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 medium flour tortillas, warmed
  • salsa, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 in medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; stir in tomatoes.
  • 2 heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
