Bunnylovingcook's Homemade Butter

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (for each 2 cups it makes 1 cup of butter)
  • salt (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 whip the cream until it separates into buttermilk and milk(about 5 min).
  • 2 use your hands and pack the butter into a ball and squish it into a ball.
  • 3 refridgerate.
