Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 stir together all ingredients just until blended.
- 2 spoon batter into lightly greased mini muffin pans, filling to the top.
- 3 bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 4 *for herbed muffins, add a tablespoon or two of your favorite chopped herb to the batter.
