Butter Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 stir together all ingredients just until blended.
  • 2 spoon batter into lightly greased mini muffin pans, filling to the top.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 4 *for herbed muffins, add a tablespoon or two of your favorite chopped herb to the batter.
