Butter Or Ghee Pot Rice

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons milk solids, from the ghee pot
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon peppercorn, crushed
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 use the same pan in which you have just made the ghee since it will already be warm.
  • 2 leave 2 tbl of the browned milk solids in the pan.
  • 3 save the rest for another time or double the recipe.
  • 4 saute the minced garlic with the solids.
  • 5 add crushed peppercorns to taste.
  • 6 add rice and heat through.
