Slow Cooker Lamb Loin With Apple Butter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (2 1/2 pound) boneless lamb loin roast
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

    Ready Time: 6 hrs 10 mins

  • place lamb roast in a slow cooker; sprinkle thyme over the top. cover roast with onion and garlic; spread apple butter over the top. pour chicken broth into the bottom of the slow cooker and place rosemary sprigs in broth.
  • cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
