Ingredients

- 1 (2 -3 lb) chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in.x 2-in. baking pan.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
- 3 remove from the heat and pour over chicken.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees f for 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
