Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/2 lb milk chocolate, coating
Recipe
- 1 blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter.
- 2 roll into small balls, melt chocolate coating in double boiler, over simmering water.
- 3 dip balls into coating to cover and set on waxed paper to dry.
