Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, very soft
- 8 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 place butter in a large mixing bowl - whip for 3-5 minutes until very fluffy.
- 2 add 4 cups of powdered sugar and combine well.
- 3 add milk & vanilla and continue to combine.
- 4 add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time until frosting is thick and spreadable **you may not use all 8 cups**.
