Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
- 8 quarts popped corn
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, combine sugar, syrup and butter. bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. remove from heat.
- 2 stir in baking soda, salt, vanilla and nuts. pour over popcorn. mix well.
- 3 bake @ 225 degrees f for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
