- 1/2 lb marshmallows
- 1 cup milk
- 11 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
- 9 graham crackers
Recipe
- 1 melt marshmallows milk and cool.
- 2 add cream cheese at room temperature and blend well.
- 3 add lemon juice.
- 4 fold in whipped cream.
- 5 crust: crushed graham crackers sprinkled on a buttered pan.
- 6 chill.
