Cheese Spinach Souffle

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 cook spinach.
  • 3 mix cheeses, butter, spinach, and egg yolks.
  • 4 add flour and baking powder and mix.
  • 5 beat egg whites until stiff and fold them inches.
  • 6 pour into a buttered 2-quart souffle dish.
