Ingredients

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 cook spinach.
- 3 mix cheeses, butter, spinach, and egg yolks.
- 4 add flour and baking powder and mix.
- 5 beat egg whites until stiff and fold them inches.
- 6 pour into a buttered 2-quart souffle dish.
