Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup packaged cornbread stuffing mix
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 3-1/2 quart crock pot.
- 2 combine all ingredients; pour into the crockpot.
- 3 cover and cook on high 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
- 4 good with baked ham.
