- 40 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup ritz cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 place half of pineapple into slow cooker.
- 2 cover with half of brown sugar and half of cracker crumbs; dot with half of butter.
- 3 layer remaining ingredients.
- 4 cook on low for 2 hours. serve warm.
