Basic Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups sourdough starter
• 1/3 cup warm water
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe

• 1 add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order specified by your directions. set to bread cycle.
• 2 cooking time depends on your machine, my machine is 4 hours.
