Avocado Fudge (sugar Free Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup carob powder (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons stevia plus (this is the stevia blend, to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 blend a really ripe avocado in the food processor.
  • 2 melt the margarine (butter/ghee) on low heat.
  • 3 add the carob powder a little at a time until the lumps are gone. you may have to add a bit of water to make it creamy.
  • 4 add to the food processer until blended and thick.
  • 5 spread in a small container and place in the fridge to firm up.
