Butter Crepes

Total Time: 1 hr 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender; whirl for 1 minute.
  • 2 scrape down sides, then blend for another 15 seconds.
  • 3 refrigerate 1 hour.
  • 4 heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
  • 5 spoon in 2 tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
  • 6 return to heat; brown on one side only.
  • 7 to remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
  • 8 repeat with remaining batter.
  • 9 delicious filled with any flavor fruit jam, sweetened fresh peaches, cream cheese and pineapple, ham or maple syrup.
