Butter Crepes

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender; whirl for 1 minute.
- 2 scrape down sides, then blend for another 15 seconds.
- 3 refrigerate 1 hour.
- 4 heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
- 5 spoon in 2 tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
- 6 return to heat; brown on one side only.
- 7 to remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
- 8 repeat with remaining batter.
- 9 delicious filled with any flavor fruit jam, sweetened fresh peaches, cream cheese and pineapple, ham or maple syrup.
