Ingredients

- 10 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy saucepan, combine dry ingredients, gradually stirring in cream until smooth.
- 2 bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3 cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
