Butter Preparation For A Pheasant (or Any Bird For That Matter)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 slices streaky bacon
  • 28 g sage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processer zap zap the butter, sage and olive oil into a spreadable paste.
  • 2 spread all over your poultry, top with the rashers of bacon, poroceed with roasting as per your recipe and weight of bird.
