- 2 lbs carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 peel and cut carrots into 2-3 inch lengths, then halve or quarter each length to make approximate even sizes.
- 2 place carrots in a casserole dish and dollop butter on top.
- 3 cover and roast at 350°f for 1 hour, stirring at 20 minute intervals.
