Butter Roasted Carrots

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 peel and cut carrots into 2-3 inch lengths, then halve or quarter each length to make approximate even sizes.
  • 2 place carrots in a casserole dish and dollop butter on top.
  • 3 cover and roast at 350°f for 1 hour, stirring at 20 minute intervals.
