- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix
Recipe
- 1 combine butter, sour cream and egg. stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
- 2 bake 1 hour at 350°f until golden brown.
