Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
• 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix

Recipe

• 1 combine butter, sour cream and egg. stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
• 2 bake 1 hour at 350°f until golden brown.
