Banana Sour Cream-walnut Loaf

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 2 3/4 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- 2 beat in eggs and bananas.
- 3 sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream, stirring well after each addition.
- 4 fold in walnuts.
- 5 pour into greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pan.
- 6 bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until loaf tests done.
- 7 cool in pan for 20 minutes.
- 8 remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- 9 store tightly wrapped in refrigerator.
