Butter Sticks

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1/2 cup cold water

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 425.
• 2 place butter into 13x9 baking pan and place in hot oven just until butter has melted.
• 3 in a bowl stir together the bisquik and the cold water.
• 4 gently smooth into a ball and on a floured surface knead about 5 times.
• 5 roll dough into rectangular 10"x6" with lightly floured rolling pin.
• 6 cut lengthwise in half.
• 7 cut each half crosswise into 12 equal strips about 3" long and 3/4" wide.
• 8 dip each strip into butter you have melted in the baking pan, coating both sides of strip.
• 9 arrange strips in baking pan.
• 10 bake 12-15 minutes.
