Bisquick Buttermilk Pie (half Recipe)

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 3 1/2 cups sugar
• 9 eggs
• 1/2 lb melted butter
• 1 1/2 cups bisquick
• 3 cups buttermilk

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients until smooth.
• 2 pour into a sprayed 13x9 pan.
• 3 bake at 350* until the top cracks and is golden brown.
• 4 approx 70 minutes.
• 5 is best to monitor instead of relying on the time.
• 6 it's not always done in the same amount of time for me.
• 7 you want it to jiggle a bit and not be too dark brown on top.
• 8 enjoy.
