Brandied Carrots

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs fresh carrots, cut into 2-1/2 x 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 place carrots in an ungreased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  • 2 mix remaining ingredients; pour over carrots.
  • 3 cover and cook in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until carrots are tender.
