Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 1/2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 cup stone ground wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons wheat gluten
• 2 teaspoons a packet fast rising yeast

• 1 add the ingredients in the order your machine manufacturer says.
• 2 set for sweet bread and light to medium crust.
• 3 if you keep it in a zip top bag after it's ready the crust will stay soft and pliable for slicing. makes a very fine grained bread.
