Butter-roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups diagonally cut carrots (2-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425°.
  • 2 combine first 5 ingredients on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
