Buttered Beets (rachael Ray Recipe)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced beets, drained
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium skillet over moderate heat melt 2 tablespoons butter, add parsley and sliced beets.
  • 2 warm through, season with salt and serve.
