Cheese Popovers

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 425 degrees f. grease 12 small remaekins or popover cups.
- 2 with an electric mixer, beat the eggs until well blended. beat in the milk and melted butter.
- 3 sift together the flour, salt, and paprika, then beat into the egg mixture. add the cheese and stir.
- 4 fill the prepared cups half-full and bake until golden, 25-30 minutes. do not open the oven door during baking or the popovers may fall. for dry popovers, pierce each one with a knife after the 30 minutes backing time and bake for 5 minutes more.
