- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- 2 melt butter in the empty pot; simmer onion and sage leaves 5 minutes. add salt and pepper
- 3 toss with noodles.
- 4 top with parmesan cheese just before serving.
